Your warranty includes the following: • Free phone support: Mon to Sat - 09:00 to 18:00 • If your item is beyond economical repair we will replace it with an equal or higher spec model. If none are available, a full refund will be given. • All parts and labour costs are included. Your warranty does not cover the following: • Damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, fire, floods, improper installation, or natural disasters. • Item(s) not operated and maintained according to the instructions outlined in the product manual (These are freely available on the manufacturers website) • Repairs resulting from unauthorised modifications made to the appliance. • Item(s) that have suffered cosmetic damage outside of the condition in which they were received. • Any expenses in returning your item(s) or redelivering them (If required) Returning your goods • All accesories must be returned with your item(s) • If you require us to collect your faulty goods or redeliver a repaired or replaced item a charge will be incurred.
